Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and introduce them to the menu and dining experience.
Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail especially in silver service style.
Ensure all table settings are immaculate and meet the standards of fine dining.
Attend to guests' needs, taking special requests and dietary restrictions into consideration.
Clear tables efficiently and respectfully, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Handle any guest complaints or inquiries professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES, LEADERSHIP
Requirements
Prior experience in silver service or fine dining setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of food and beverage pairings as well as fine dining etiquette.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays if necessary.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
